　　雾霾天气时，空中悬浮着大量的颗粒、粉尘、污染物、病毒等，一旦被人体吸入，就会刺激并破坏呼吸道黏膜，使鼻腔变得干燥，细菌进入呼吸道，容易造成上呼吸道感染及相关疾病。

　　雾霾天气严重影响了人们日常生活和工作。雾霾天气时尽量少开窗;外出要戴口罩;最好不出门或晨练;同时做好皮肤的清洁。

　　最重要的是空气环境的治理。所以，我们今后外出尽量骑自行车或乘坐公交车，减少机动车尾气排放，坚持低碳生活，为营造良好的环境做出我们的一份努力。
