　　那是在我上小学二年级的时候，班主任给我一个锻炼的机会，让我当中队的学习委员，我可高兴了，整天神气活现地戴着“两道杠”，可是不久我就感到了压力，因为我有一个缺点就是马虎、丢三落四。不仅自己经常忘带作业，有一次还弄丢了同学的作业。为此老师非常生气，当着全班同学的面严厉地批评了我。下课后，一些淘气的同学也来挖苦、讥讽我，他们喊着要撤了我的学习委员。我又羞愧又气恼，强忍着夺眶而出的泪水跑出了教室，一个人孤零零地蹲在花坛旁，想着老师失望的表情，想着同学刺人的话语，我真不想当班干部了，却又有些犹豫，毕竟我喜欢为大家服务，渴望成为老师的小帮手。

　　就在这时，我无意中看到脚边的花坛上爬过来一只黑亮的不知名的小甲壳虫。若是平时我一定会把它抓住，放在火柴盒里饲养，但今天我可没有那样的好心情，便用手指把它弹到一边，它先是把身体团成一个球，不一会儿，又探出头和几只细细的腿，停顿片刻，又慢吞吞地从原路爬了过来。这不知趣的家伙，没看我烦着吗?这次我搞恶作剧，索性把它翻了个个儿，让它来个八脚朝天。那小虫真是倔强，小腿不停地又蹬又揣，最后借助一个小土坷拉才翻过身，居然又径直地向原路奔去，原来花坛上有几粒米，它一定把米粒当成自己的午餐了。这次我不忍心阻止小虫了。看着它如愿以偿地抱住米粒，又顶着米朝着大概是它家的方向爬去。小虫终于实现了它的愿望，一只小虫还能为实现自己的愿望而不懈努力，我碰到这么点挫折，就承受不住，真丢人。此刻我的心境如雨过天晴般开朗起来，我昂起了头，不再委屈和气恼，因为我知道只要坚持，我一定可以像这只小甲虫一样不畏挫折，实现理想。

　　现在我高兴地告诉你，我仍然是班干部——一个称职的、细心的、有威信的班干部。
