这是五年级上的一节单词新授课，主要的教学任务是学习七个有关家具的新单词curtain, closet, mirror, end table, trash bin，air-conditioner 以及能用新句型 There is /are…简单描述房间陈设。.
在实际的教学中,我们老师重视多元智能教学理论、合作学习法和任务型语言学习法等应用。而且这些方法的应用，能充分调动学生的各种感觉器官，激发学生积极参与课堂游戏活动。所以在本节新授课中,我是如此设计的:
1. Let’s chant: Mom is in the living room.
让学生在有节奏的朗读chant的轻松气氛中进入最佳学习状态,通过复习以前的教学内容来集中学生的注意力,同时为新课导入做铺垫.
2. T ask: I’m in the classroom. Where are you? (承接上面的chant,教师直接提问)
S1: I’m in the classroom.
T: Yes. We are in the classroom. What’s in it?
1) 根据学生的回答进行 There is …./There are ….的句型操练.
2) 单词air-conditioner教学 ,教师根据实际可进行提醒教学 ‘Look, it can make you feel cool in summer and make you feel warm in winter.’

How many air-conditioners are there in your house?
承接上课伊始的chant,教师直接提问,也直接进入本课的新课教学.一般情况下,
学生的答案都是他们自己会的,所以首先根据学生的回答进行 There
is …./There are ….新句型的教学操练,因为是旧知识的答案,学生十分的熟悉,只
是老师用新的句型There is …./There are ….又一次规范了答题的要求,而且
There are ….也曾经在How many句型出现过,旧旧知识的重新组合给学生一种
新鲜感,只要伸直手臂就能摘到的果实,学生们愿意尝试;在比较好的操练了
There be句型,完成了本课的一个重要知识点后,老师根据实际可进行
提醒教学 ‘Look, it can make you feel cool in summer and make you feel warm
inwinter.’,分音节认读: air-con-di-tio-ner.但在实际教学中,由于个别很好的预习
工作, air-conditioner也是有学生自行说出来的.
