Everbright Holdings in Hong Kong, China Everbright International 2 listing Corporation, 37 fully owned company, joint venture and Associate Companies. China Everbright Holding Company Limited was established in Hong Kong in 1983. It acquired several listed companies and restructured to form China Everbright Limited and China Everbright International Limited .China Everbright Limited was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1997.
