　　Corp.则是corporation的缩写，公司，尤指股份有限公司

　　Ltd.是limited的缩写，有限公司，其实就是有限责任公司

　　如果两者的区别在于是否为股份制，那么Co.，Ltd应为有限责任公司；Corp应为股份有限公司。
